Any bets that we won’t see/hear the results of this survey either? LOL

“ The last one was a culture survey and the results were never intended to be shared with employees.”
The statement above is INCORRECT per the email that was sent out by the CEO February 2024. The CEO specifically stated the results of that survey would be shared.
You need to stop drinking the kool-aid and lean into what is really going on around you and to fellow T employees.
Only the “good news”.
Stand up! Do not fill out survey
" The last one was a culture survey and the results were never intended to be shared with employees."
Every single time you insist on posting this (and I know it is the same dimwit every time)...I will correct you.
Incorrect. It wasn't a "culture" survey. It was a 3rd party OHI ("Occupational Health Index") survey administered by McKinsey.
And in his email to all management employees sent in February 2024, the CEO stated: "Following the survey, results will be shared so that we can create informed plans and take demonstrative actions towards accelerating our culture transformation."
And no, we will not accept your next reply stating that he did not mean in that statement that the results would not be shared with ALL employees.
That is a ridiculous take, and all of leadership, at all levels, made it clear the results from this thing were going to be shared company wide.
But then they got the results, and subsequently decided to do a 180.
My director told us that the survey is anonymous and that results will be shared. Based on past experience, those are two blatant lies.
Wait until the last minute to do this. The last time they pushed hard right up until the surplus was announced. Wanted everyone’s comments prior to finding out they may not have a job.
They use these for your supervisor’s effectiveness all the way up to AVP. Anyone above them you need to put it in the comments. But they can and will find out who you are by the demographics embedded in your UID. So if you don’t have anything nice to say better not to say anything at all!
“As my VP threatened all of us “We’ll use to identify the motivated centers to keep these open “.
Intimidating employees for positive survey results?
Wow, just wow. Please name this VP. They deserve to be shamed.
The last one was a culture survey and the results were never intended to be shared with employees. The one stating on 6/3 will be an actual eNPS.
Best thing to do is paint as rosy a picture as possible. If everything is great, nothing is great.

Too late. I already filled my freeform text fields with “Jeremy and Ward are orchestrators and drink warm milk from a baby bottle”
Question #2 What do Jeff’s Vest and Jeremy’s Guitar think of leaderships current direction and the erosion of shareholder value?
Question #1 What would annoy you so bad you’d leave the payroll without severance.
Can’t expect honest feedback from the majority of employees without a truly anonymous survey.
Wipe out a$$ with the survey. It’s all BS and the culture is for the birds. Wait, that’s not nice to the birds. Might be a clown at circus with shovel chasing the Stinky Winky and he’s cuddling up w his shiny bald beanie.
“As my VP threatened all of us “We’ll use to identify the motivated centers to keep these open “.
She said at least a dozen times. SMH”
She just proved herself to be a liar and a hag. Not that you needed proof.
Tell that donut eating fat azz that she should be ashamed of her looks and her lack of leadership.
I’d omit any 1s, but 2 &3 will keep you off the cut. I’ve been filling these things out honestly for a while and haven’t seen any negative impact. I also don’t think they really care what the results say. Haven’t seen one released in a while. They are probably legally required to make everyone do them. Idk.
Anyways, be honest, but not too honest.
It’s all about “culture”, LOL!

Only the weakest of the weak would dare lift a finger to respond to the survey.
Let me, the smartest leader they have, tell you what to do.
Delete every single email notification about the survey. Don’t open it. Don’t read it. Identify it by title and delete. They will receive the most insulting and direct feedback any survey answer can provide. Outlook provides the summary of your actions. Have some ballz for once in your life and send the message they really need to hear loud and clear. GFY!!!
3s are just as effective as 1's and you don't paint as large of a target on your back. Comments will be used with AI and your emails to isolate who you are, so be careful about what you write in open comments. There wasn't a level 4 or 5 that I worked with who didn't know who the comments were from.
“ I’m ignoring it. They aren’t baiting me into lying about the state of this company and telling the truth will just put a target on your back.”
Torn about this. Low participation sends a message that people don’t believe the survey means anything but it also likely skews the results positive, which leadership will use to justify everything. I lean toward tearing them a new one but I want to see the questions before I decide.

They will couch the survey to get the results they want, without an opportunity to deviate from their script. HR rocket scientists are in control.

I am going to fricken hammer them. More than likely the survey will be more focused on your immediate org but I am still going to hammer them.
WGAF?
Best strategy is to completely ignore it. Nothing angers an abusive partner more than being ghosted.
when OP is in hospice they'll still be telling the poor sap in the next bed about that time a survey was made and they didn't get to see the results.
