What Charlie wants is money and power. He wouldn't hesitate to get rid of anything else.

Because unlike Chaz, most American workers have a work ethic that was instilled or earned. He resents hard work. This is the guy who was gifted his career through a very famous family friend while still an undergrad.
It's funny that people like him push for things like the SS Ponzi scheme, $30 minimum wage and paid menstrual leave then move jobs out of the country because it's too expensive to hire someone the the US.

H1Bs are not cheap. The H1B program is for addressing talent shortage in the US, the pay is the same as American. However, Indian management has abused the H1B program to bring in their people.
Because American are lazy and expensive.
