@ck+1jvkmn735, Wow, those are exactly what I have experienced at Wells Fargo. Interesting, I wasn't alone. I was in COO by the way.

The 5 core values of integrity are honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility. My experience at Wells Fargo is that displaying any of these 5 values will get you laid off, left out of meetings, ineligible for promotion, excluded from projects and labeled as uncooperative.

Make no mistake, being the sole voice of integrity in a room full of corrupt, self-preserving yes-men/women puts a target on your back. After speaking up about unethical practices I received the first "meets" in my role, where previously I was always exceeds. They always seem to come back with "Don't worry Legal vetted it", which I'm sure is what they said in 2016... and 2008.

I spoke up one time to management because I had been told I was a risk manager and needed to identify risk. I was basically told to shut up and not to worry about the issue raised.

So, who do you think wins at this clown show of a bank?
