That's how Bank of America does "reputation management", just shut down any debate on people of questionable character who are designated "leaders".
Probably would help if they knew what ethics are.

@OP Ever noticed how he went from looking like a banker dweeb to trying to look all hipster security dude? It’s embarrassing. His family has to be embarrassed.

Fador is definitely a fair target of public criticism based on his status and role.
He uses his authority given from above to promote purely political things and attempts to tie them to things they have no place. His rise is a testament that getting with the propaganda machine and having no particular talent is what it takes to work your way up at Bank of America.
As they say in the trading markets, it works until it doesn't.
I saw it and wondered how long it would stay up.
As @bn+1jvskfx0m said, this site is not run by BofA.
But I expect they have rules about not defaming individuals to protect the site.

That said, there is at least one HR Troll who is consistently the one downvote on most posts, who likely could've reported it and asked that it be removed. Yet, there are all kinds of posts criticizing BTM that remain up, so who knows...
