At WF, is the title of Senior Associate and Senior AVP the same?

Seeing a lot of this on LinkedIn... Looks like a title to appease the mass AVPs. They no longer want to promote them to VPs, so they give them a fake officer title. :D
very astute D-I-P-S-H-I-T question -- why do you even care -- it's a B.S. game for HR to play while they try to cut salaries.
Only thing that matters is Comp.
If they pay you 200k for a janitorial position, take it.
Do you mean that the job level and total comp matter the most??
Senior AVP is senior assistant vice president. Both associate and AVP dont mean a thing anyways.
