Left last summer and my only regret is not doing it sooner. My former team still slides into my DMs with horror stories of reorgs, pay cuts, the usual. Meanwhile, I’m actually using my PTO for once. Life’s too short for a job that makes you dread Mondays.

Yes the job market is bad. Hopefully it will improve but I am thinking it may be a while.
I can’t wait to leave and find something better than this company and this job
I’m so ready to leave. Only reason I haven’t is because the job market su-ks. Once something pulls through, I’m gone!
