We’re in the middle of assessment meetings. Share some of the d-mb things in your meeting

I’ve only heard of the complaints from the amount of prework managers have to do and share with the group so the other assessors know a little bit about who they are assessing rather than absolutely nothing.

For about 80% of us, our career and a years worth of work comes down to a 2 minute speech to determine where in the middle you fall.

Hipo supervisors came in with their team ranked high so they wouldn’t have to do the hard work of demoralizing their team. Session chair let hipo get away with it. Easier to manage a team when everyone is holy. The end.

AI could be more objective and more efficient - load 100 PDS + KOs and let AI make the unbiased objective assessment categories. Saves the meeting and abuse of the system.

You just described fkcuing nepotism. The competition will be stronger next year, so people should find a way to sleep with their sponsors.

We met. We spent two minutes per person. We went home. Those with sponsors did well. Those with no sponsor did not do well. How much can anyone explain in two minutes. The end.

I want my assessment carried out in India. They should outsource our ranking and piping tk low cost countries. I would Lovett ok go through the pip program with an Indian speaker half way around the world.

Had our meeting off-site. Session chair is too paranoid to hold it on campus.

140 pages on of KO feedback to read, synthesize, and share and authoring 20+ 2 minute scripts. Huge volume of work. The meetings can be cordial if the assessors all know and trust each other

Heard one supervisor resigned due to witnessing a session that was unprofessional. Kudos for actually having integrity.

No one is sharing info ahead of the meeting. Two minutes is all you get.

The session usually has a session chair( typically your N+1) or some other person based on the grouping. And HR ‘SME of the assessment process’..lol right

So funny story, this Indian but fakely American Houston based leader suddenly starts asking pointed uniformed questions against someone representing their BTC team member, and gets interrupted by HR. They are told to watch thier tone, and also ensure the integrity of the process is honored. And then she loses it, she goes ‘We have gone through he-l to get to where we are in Houston, and these young Bangalore kids are getting it so easy, we need to make their life tough’. The room is stunned, but not surprised. This suoervisor is know for being an intolerable gossip wueen with zero people skills, she even does this against her own team members - always turning them against eachother.

But the fun part is, the room moves on to the next drama.
