Nailed it. Employees were truly invested. Now, the percentage of employees that truly care about their work is in the tank.
WF and WB both used to be pretty fun to work for. Yeah you had to work hard, but it felt like you got rewarded for it. Leadership was stable, career paths seemed pretty optimistic with plenty of options. Now it’s just so cold and impersonal. The only fun happening are the photos of people having fun they post on teamworks. The office mood is siloed, quiet and somber. I bet there’s a lot less work too!
I still have my buddies around and we make the best of it, but the culture here has just gotten so much worse.
It not wellsfargo. Manager's are terrible they don't know what left hand is doing and what right hand is doing. (Offshore / Onshore). If issue happen it Onshore responsibility and for taking credit Offshore :) . Manager's are clueless what is going on and they put all blame on team Member
