When are 2025 mid year self assessments due? Sorry I don't have access to TW/WD.

Seld-assessments at Wells Fargo are totally useless. I used to write a lot of stuff about my accomplishments but my manager always ignored them. I wouldn't bother.

managers can send it back for you to edit post may 30. while self evals aren't required it is a chance for you to advocate for yourself and what you have done, especially if your managers is saying something different or the powers that be force a negative review. CYA

Mid year perf review: Self eval due before May 30. If there is no self eval added to Workday by May 30, then employees profile automatically moves to Manager review. Meaning you missed the deadline to add self eval. At this point not even sure how much submitting a self evaluation actually helps employees since managers don't seem to respond to the contents of self eval anyway and will give you whatever performance rating they want that helps them personally or helps them meet leadership stacked ranking/displacement targets. But it can't hurt to submit self eval if nothing more to document all of your accomplishments for yourself.
