Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Um Uh Ah Town Hall

So far...

"Ather, what's your group called again? Strategy, Digital, something?"
"We have some other folks here who's names I can't pronounce"

Can't wait to hear how the rest of this unfolds!

I finally realized I have no chance of promotion here because I don’t say um or ah enough.

Thanks everyone for these priceless comments. So funny. Main reason I watch Townhalls again.

My ability to do my job and my satisfaction with my job have soared, now that I know Charlie hates cranberries ("uh, I don't get it, um") and is sour on fried turkeys ("um, it's uh complicated, uh"). Forget about the survey results, WF is perfect across the board.

Giving back $550K means giving back something stolen from other customers. The Bank has still not compensated all the people that lost money in the many scandals.

What is Saul looking at? Does someone have a laser pointer out?

I love how they don’t leave any time for questions. Scared of questions, maybe?

This tech has got to be the worst in the industry. It's hard to watch.

Check out the looks on these other C-level faces as Charlie is talking. They know they are on video and this is the best they can muster up. Everything - their body language and other non-verbals - yikes. They are making bank in this clusterfunk and this is the best they can do.

150K surveys out of 240K is not good by any measure and Charlie knows it else we would be discussing findings.

Charlie is playing Words with Friends on his tablet (he's losing to a 13-year-old, obviously) and daydreaming about rocking out with his super cool band later tonight. He can't be expected to know or remember what SD&I stands for. Or to give a single f*ck about what the team members - uh, employees - uh, hostages? - care about.

Charlie needs to close his laptop and do a better job of pretending to listen..

I've got to admit, Saul's "we still have work to do" slide is funny and right on target.
