Saw a posting for an analytics consultant position that says it’s 100% remote… are some teams still getting exceptions or will this be one of those bait and switch situations where it would eventually turn into a hybrid job?

Analytic Consultants are exempted from RTO starting Jan 1st. Not sure why, but I am on a team of all AC’s and it is what I was told.
Many groups are 100% WFH. Managers negotiated it. Most managers are only worried about themselves (they still WFH even though staff doesn't) and too cowardly to stand up for their teams. Our team was 100% WFH for decades b4 pandemic. Manager too spineless to advocate for team. WF sucks. Hypocrisy rules.
Posted 100% remote, can change upon hire.
