We are so understaffed it’s not funny anymore. We have a total of 3 people on our team doing the job of 2 teams and we cannot keep up. God forbid anyone calls in sick or else we are at fault whenever we are short 5 people and doing more than just our primary function or even just bumping our salary. I hope this place burns to the ground just like it did to me with my hopes and dreams.

Big cuts have been happening even in “growth centers” such as Pittsburgh. Our workload is up 30pct. And we are expecting even more cuts.

Omg I feel you so much guys... We have the same... Constant layoffs, reqs freeze, workload increase, mobbing, threating, worst leadership ever. Unbelievable deadlines and targets, and more people to lay off. Any rumours when this is going to stop? 😱
@a6 here’s a thought; how about we all agree to align the increased work production percentage with the average annual merit increase? Last year’s merit increase on average was 1.75 for us peons, and even that is exponentially more than I would consider adding to an already over loaded work plate. This place is on the precipice of a total collapse; and I will gleefully cheer when Robin and his obnoxious ghouls fall on their butts.
Problem is- the remaining work keeps getting picked up by those that are already overworked & remain. So the job still getting done… People need to quit working over there 40 hours….
Heck, I pretty much quiet quit for the past couple years… I only do what keep me from getting bitched at….. f em
RG wants 8% more cut from each dept. Senior leaders just don't get it. But they will when clients start complaining about missed SLA's and error rates. Only then might they realize the consequences of their decisions. Never have I seen this place this bad.

Agree with the quiet quitter. This job is not worth your time. It’s just a paycheck. I’ve seen a lot of people lose their minds over it and it’s just not where you want to be. Shoot, some woman in my building went to lay down and died. Think about it, she never clocked out and I fear many people who stay will have the same fate. Lay low until you find something better because the grass on the other side is 100% greener on than the grass at BNY because it is brown and that makes fire spread quickly.
Am noticing more and more that people are wishing ill on this place. That’s a sign we are not well mentally forget about culture. And then we have Emily the reptile sending out emails about bees and beehives to inspire us. This place is a nuthouse run by nuts. Way to go Robin you monster Tweety bird you.

Agree. My team is down over 40% and keeps getting more work. This cannot be maintained. Hey, but R V values the SMEs. He said so, so it must be true. Those that are left I guess.
