They’ll just make you miserable until you quit. Unrealistic workloads, constant nitpicking, zero support. It's so much cheaper that way.

It’s inhumane. They absolutely want you to quit. If you’re due a good severance, try to hang in there.
Nitpicking is exactly what happens when you have too many people in the room who think they’re smart and no matter how much they talk about things it won’t make a damn difference.
@OP I’ve suspected that for a while now. Don’t do it though. You would not even get UE. Stay strong, unless you have options of course.
