We are now required 5 hours mandatory OT and “encouraged” to work Veterans Day and Thanksgiving! We aren’t that busy but are supposed to do it anyway. Waste of funds and no way in he-l am I working on holidays.

I work 100% remotely. I’ll be happy to OT when I’m stuck in the airport lounge waiting for my delayed flight to one of my favorite destinations which has nothing to do with work. Gives me an excuse to do Exercise my mind, and not my rear end.
Which LOB? I miss getting OT in home mortgage
It's ok, you can still ask to take the day off for Diwali or Kwanzaa!
