No internal promotions for people who have been here X number of years (our talent), Off-shoring, and now bonuses for external hires. Chainsaw wants yes men, because it has been demonstrated he is not a leader (how's that RTO strategy going). He does not want any pushback, that is the JPM way. Kudos for the executives who do not buy into the RTO strategy, sad they will be short-lived also. Our talent all left, (anyone left remember people as a competitive advantage), as will Chainsaw as soon as he can find a better paying gig, leaving the bank a hollow shell of what it once was. We were not the greatest bank, we will never reach the heights we once were. It is sad, as an employee who took pride to work here, to watch this dumpster fire unfold.

How long do we think this management team will last? How long can Wells stay afloat with this location strategy while all other companies embrace worldwide talent?
Just wait, it will be $20K after everyone leaves next March bonuses. Saul is just trying to stock the shelves early.
$10k? Maybe to get someone I hated here, but a friend or former colleague? No chance, I respect them to much to bring them into this Sh!tshow.

Clearly, the location strategy and Bank reputation are causing staffing issues. I would never consider friends and family without full disclosure of the toxicity and craziness that is the bank.
It also basically says, "nobody wants to work here, so we need your help talking them into it."
