I'll believe WFC diversity goals when they hire a straight white male diversity coordinator.

Why is it surprising to anyone. As a higher manager, I can certainly attest that we have had a long practice of calling a lot of people to the interview, after the decision had already been made.

The fake hiring scandals have been around since 2018. I don’t think this is going to yield much . We all know that the the hiring polciea are only on paper

@2wwr+1jwql7yW - like fake accounts, fake issues (or what you call SHRPS) is a known fraud that happens at Wells. Specialty group that does this in a large scale is tech control . And audit is equally a duplicator of issues and generator or fake issues .

I was with Wells till last year. Over the five years I was there , I applied to 24 jobs. Despite being extremely well qualified for these tech jobs, I was given the proverbial run around . I left in disappointment and joined another bank. I am earning 50% more in total comp and so happy to have left Wells. I will happily testify against Wells if they chose to subpoena people who were fooled into thinking that wells had a fair hiring process. That was not the case with me. And I will only be exhibit number 63.

How about hiring buddy managers with absolutely no experience in very while included in shrps. We do not hire outside people with real experience In those cases—someone with knowledge and insight may find more shrps.

"If a POC is hired over a white person, do you always assume the white person was more qualified?"

Narrator: Yes. Yes, he does.

I heard that there are so many federal agencies investigating Wells Fargo there is now a 'Take A Number' system in place. Bottom line - Wells Fargo is too big to be held accountable.
