Did the redhat os upgrade was finished?

So since Openshift relies on RHEL upgrades. What a name... Our HEL. Bottom line is that this is yet another wrench thrown into the rusty tech at WF. BE sure has her work cut out for her.
Wells had given Dell contract to upgrade Redhat from 7 to 8 to 9 for compliance reasons.
So Dell hired contractors to upgrade os using automation. After six months or so someone realized is either too expensive for project to go forward or that there is extended support for redhat 7.9 and Dell got fired. There where layoffs and contractors where caned
- 9 will be around for a few more years.
Is tech affected?
