Soulless executives refuse to bring back 20% premium

It is unbelievable what executives are paid yet they can’t fathom bringing back the 20% Permian premium. None of the excuses for why it hasn’t been brought back make any sense.

Is there no premium at all or just not 20% anymore.

Bakken still has a bonus you could transfer.

@wus+1jwxuNjd You obviously don’t work in Permian. Resignations constant and many have just about had enough and will be leaving soon if things don’t change.

And after they get the experience the BTC folks will resign and leave the company. Short sighted solution.

BTC will do it for a negative premium.

No reason for premium. Great earnings with contractor and minimal workforce now.

Many BTC have filled positions with more on the way, the only thing slowing this down is the backlogged visa process.

Are they brining in folks from BTC yet to backfill positions in the Permian?

If they brought back the premium Americans might actually want to work in the Permian which would ruin their plans to have you train your replacements.
