The end of June is approaching and rumor has it that WEC needs to be empty (except for data center and staff) by end of June. Many have been notified that they are affected by Loc Strat in Q2 but also many have heard nothing else. Several were offered relocation in early May. The clock is ticking. Will everyone be let go at one time? 6/10? 6/24?

Best of luck to all the WEC folks. It's nonsense that so many are being downsized with "location strategy" given as a reason. People I've talked to weren't even given the option to commute to Charlotte or to relo on their own dime. It's all lawyer approved excuses and lies.
Does anyone know when the data center group will wrap it up?

WECxit is scheduled for June '26.
The majority at WEC will be gone on or before June 24th. Those who make it past that date will be there until the next wave in Sept/Oct. I prefer to go out with the majority, but I’m preparing to grind it out another few months.
