Leads in C&S are being realigned…they were given the option to take demotions or to voluntarily resign…thinking more layoffs are coming

So you are saying all of c and s member and provider services are loosing team leads so what does that mean for the team then are we all being sent home? So they had to take a step up or move to that new spot.
So leads are being transitioned to care connector roles..they are saying 140 of them
How long will all of provider and member services be here in 6 months? What departments have totally left the united states is left? They are still hiring it seems in the job board for remote work. Non of this makes sense? Just curious.
So why not just instead of dragging this out let us all go we wont be here in 6 months. How can you play everything is normal when it is not.

Can we please know what areas they keep saying the are hiring they are doing interviews but the people will not come to our team anyone give more insight on this what Is happening? Nothing in tt about it
