Let me start by saying what a GD joke!!

Psychological safety? Promotion opportunities? Burnout? None of these leaders seem to have a clue about what they’re doing, yet they continue to play the “we’re here for you” charade. It’s absolute nonsense.

The PTL is actively creating a toxic environment for employees on the team. We don’t feel safe, and burnout is at an all-time high. Today’s call was nothing but gaslighting and love-bo----g. It’s clear they’re gearing up to push all remote staff out unless we relocate.

Leadership has made it abundantly clear: they don’t care about us. Thanks for nothing, SH, and your team of kool-aid drinkers.

Imagine what kind of empty, soulless shell of a human being you have to be to work on the BNY People Team. You’re willing to deliver public messages of support for employees knowing full well you are the front line of the massive facade. No moral compass.

The PLT needs to learn the simple concept of reading the room. Now is not the time for a AMA session with consistent layoffs. This "leadership" leaves a lot to be desired.

It’s all a lie and a big fake badly painted stage prop to make it look like they are doing something, when they are not. Perhaps the layoffs, medical leaves, sick days and law suits are getting them defensive. This people’s team is a known carcinogen.
