HR had some displacements today, under analytics (within Devon's org) - my entire direct team was displaced. I figured it was coming, have been preparing for a while but it still stings.
Got my notice today. Strategic execution, incentive compensation COE in WDM, Iowa.
Hopefully it's whoever is behind these new AI generated training classes with awful AI voiceovers and obvious grammatical errors that aren't being screened.
