Right?!

It's become a Wells Fargo thing to constantly say "right?!", either mid-sentence, and/or at the end of most sentences.

Seems to be mostly upper Midwest employees doing this. I guess parents hear their teenagers talk like this and eventually start doing it themselves.

It's supposed to sound like the speaker is making sure you're keeping up, but that's not really it. It just makes the speaker sound insecure.

You can remove the word "right?" from every sentence, and it takes nothing away from the rest of the sentence.

I'm from Maryland and I say Y'all and Right! And I also don't give a fu-k about what any of y'all say!!!!!!!

"at the end of the day", we all need a little levity every once in awhile. Lighten up, have a laugh, and make the best of your situation. I've already been displaced, so I'm moving forward as best I can.

I'd rather hear 'right' at the beginning, middle, or end of a sentence than 'like'. Like man, I cannot get a like word out of my like mouth without someone like interrupting like me.

As I sit on a team of over 20 people, being the only white person/only person not in India, if I hear "you know" one more damn time I'm going to scream, now the white people we interact with are starting to talk like indians.. NO I DON'T BLOODY KNOW, AND OBVIOUSLY NEITHER DO YOU that's why you fill up most of your explanation with "you know, you know"

The worst thing is beginning comments with the word "so". Even Rubber Chucky does it.

Got one of these passive-aggressive bullies who constantly does this on our staff calls. Another employee and I always have a side chat going where we mark each one with the (d) (martini) emoji in Skype.

We're hammered within a couple of minutes, right? Because they always do it, right? And it's just never-ending, right? I can't even lay down without holding on after the calls, right?

It's just strange that people (especially middle aged or older) talk like this when they're simultaneously trying to sound smart on a call.
