Know this doesn't impact everyone here, but as someone who is getting surplussed coming up later this week, was curious if anyone who had RSUs had been thru a previous surplus.

Are they even worth anything?
Two of the three years are forfeited. The remaining year is prorated.
For directors and AVPs that are surplused, RSUs are prorated.
RSU grants start vesting in Mar. E.g., if you are surplused in June with last day on payroll = July 1, 5/12ths of your 2025 grant will be paid in Feb 2026. Last day on payroll on 1st of the month gets you the full month.
