I got notice this morning. Manager just pinged me and asked to chat. I knew exactly what was coming next.

In a lot of cases you receive an email invite the day before or morning of it. Or in some cases you’ll just receive a teams chat asking to meet without an email invite or any other communications. If this happens and is unwanted know that many including myself have been here and you’re not alone. Take it a day at a time you will come out on the other side in time.
