Does notice period count towards tenure for payout

Am within 3 weeks of anniversary so curious if hit the lottery today, would that extra 30 days carry me over the hump to the glory land of an extra 2 week of sev?

If you haven’t seen the notification don’t speculate. PTO will accrue through the notice period and anniversary date recognized

I believe you will get the tenure if your anniversary date falls within your non-working notice. But I don’t think you will accrue any PTO. To accrue PTO you have to work a full shift in the month to accrue your 1/12 of PTO for that month. For those of you already let go, what was your experience?

Agree with previous poster. Pretty darn fortunate timing too if this happens for you today. I know some who just missed it and were understandably bummed.

yes, you are an employer until the end of your notice period. you will continue to accrue PTO and get anything else you would normally get as part of your employment at Wells Fargo.
