Since our TVC keeps going down….
Do we actually have a performance compensation system? I don’t want anyone to lose jobs but this is just Bei doing her part in meeting Charlie’s ten billion cut.
Sounds like the ICCoE has no “center” at all.
@a8, nothing was announced about this and I work w/ them all the time. And the groups within IC aren't based around individual IC plans, so no clue what you mean by "can't name them all". They're organized by LOB or function. So a governance team, a team for CSBB IC plans, a team for WIM plans, etc.
@am, not sure what you mean by headquarters for this area. There is no "headquarters" for Incentive Compensation. Incentive Comp is part of HR (Total Rewards, specifically), so it would follow the core location strategy for HR.
Let’s layoff a bunch of people then go hire 1,500 interns, bring them to Orlando for some Disney time. It’s not a wonderful world after all at Wells Fargo.
Isn't the headquarters of this in St Louis? Aren't they getting rid of this location?
