When do managers complete mid year assessment in workday and communicate results?

Mgrs had to have ratings in last week with text tomorrow. Another 2-3 weeks for finagling and moving what mgrs said after that and communication in mid/late July.

Can't get any more clearer than this.
Now watch all the pu--y downvoters do their thing (like that even matters).
You literally have an answer at your fingertips on your work computer yet you ask id--ts on the internet. Fu-k me!
Nepotism thrives in Risk. These insecure narcissist geniuses couldn’t identify talent if it smacked them in the face.
And since you are on the layoff board, if you are within your 60 day notice period when the reviews are due, expect to be allocated one of the obligatory poor ratings.
@a7 your manager allowing another manager to sway their perception of you...to meet the guidance, not quota...wink, wink
Oh no! We are have to go through this shameless and disgusting practice of fake reviews and calibrations again? As a manager, I am ashamed to have to do this to good employees that report to me but have no choice.
It feels like mid year reviews now are as “important” as year end ones. Is this true?
After rounds of “calibration”
you can find these details on workday. I believe managers have the next week weeks for finalize reviews and get rating on, communication to employees will happen in a July.
