If you were displaced and had PTO paid out then rehired within 6 months, how is PTO determined?
Do you get a certain amount of days or hours at rehire?

As long as you return before six months gone (which starts after the 60 day notice period), you will accrue at your previous rate. Easy enough.
The more important question (maybe, if you had ample years of service) is when does the YoS clock get reset (I can’t remember)?
I imagine you'd start accruing again since you'd only have been paid out on what you'd accrued before. As an example, if you were paid out 2 month's of PTO in Feb and returned in July, you'd get 6 months of PTO since you accrue any month you work.
