COO Control Displacement Timeline

Does anyone remember when Kiker said all COO control "remote" employees will be gone? I thought I remember September 2025 but can't find the emails or if it was just assumption. Heard someone else mention November/December so wondering how hard to work to meet deadlines and when to take PTO strategically 🤷🏻‍♂️

Some leaders are 'special' and the rules will never apply to them.

@b9 Their time will come. I've seen many leaders (Director level and above) displaced due to location strategy.

SK and his leadership are a bunch of hairyholes who need to be fired. That will make the control environment effective.

The two levels of management above me were both outside of hub locations, but they are still employed. Funny how that works…

Actually, @ah+1jxg40n0k it's only 80 locations. 35 of those locations have two team members or less. Top locations are:
Charlotte
Bengalaru
Hyderabad
Taguig City
West Des Moines
Remote
New York
Chennai
Minneapolis
Chandler

The org definitely has some cutting to do with over 4k employees at over 150 locations. (This is a fact.)

@a8 quite the non-answer and totally useless response to the original question.

How about evaluate what service and products you want to support and move forward.
Reintroduce span of control, cut out the 4 layers of deck reviewers. Allow the employees to actually execute vs draft endless decks to tell a story to id--ts who don't know what services or products they support.
Instead there will be millions spent on aforementioned id--ts attempting to consolidate locations, but make exceptions for remote workers...fng clown show
