Also when they lay you off for not coming back to office there is no severance because at 'cause'
I was told if you haven't been into the office this year then you will get a below expectations rating. Which means no payrise.
From a legal standpoint, you can claim that you "came back to the office" even if it meant that you merely picked up some belongings or showed up for a day or two. That is "coming back to the office," is it not?
Good for you… one of the few here to understand grammar.
It means, in effect, that your rating will be affected if you choose not to come back to the office.
It means that at least one ratings category you will either receive a partially meets or below expectations. That’s the company requirement, and you are not special. In my opinion, 2 days in office per week isn’t too much to ask.
It means that you will be getting a below expectations - no raise no bonus. If you continue to choose to not meet your job requirements ( going into the office as per your required number of days) you will in effect be resigning - no package no unemployment Good Luck with your choice to not come back into the office
Take a guess!
