Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

More power for the powerful, less of a voice for the voiceless

After reading about RVs new cash grab, I can only wonder what the next shoe to drop will be. Already seeing big cuts throughout the organization and other higher ups jumping off the sinking ship. Money going towards the “birthday parade” this weekend but keep sc--wing over all the hard workers who have busted their backsides for this company way before RV was even considered for those positions.

But hey, here’s a free tshirt and a cookie to show you how much we care!

"Founders" day does not resonate if you weren't a new hire and were part of the legacy companies.

Let's not forget that Hamilton passed after poor judgement for being in a era-timed duel.

Most of the legacy companies were better off without BNY (Pershing, Mellon, TBC, Dreyfus, GIS-PNC, etc

RV speaks about BNY's results as being a team effort. So why isn't the staff getting a raise this month, too?

The ones they forced wfh dont even het that. Our buildings they own sit empty while they lease in high cost areas then complain people have to wfh when theg caused it but het robin gets dual roles which we know come with a nice pay bump. All while letting employees go to save money
