@c7 Wrong word used. Hadn’t seen any “leadership “ since I can’t remember. Our managers anger the employees that waste their time listening since they only know how to focus on petty items.

"If the company were to implement a more rigorous tracking system"

If the company were to do that they would realize how many employees have reduced their work week to 40 hours thanks to the new culture Stankey has created.

The Presence report, is fundamentally inaccurate. The data points, including the start-of-day timestamps, are demonstrably incorrect and can be easily verified against badge swipe records. Over the past three weeks, there has been a consistent loss of at least 1 to 2 hours each day, with certain days reflecting discrepancies of up to 4 hours or even entire days unaccounted for.

Furthermore, I find myself perplexed by the concept of the “exempt employee” classification in this context, as it appears to disregard the extensive hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek. If the company were to implement a more rigorous tracking system—such as assigning hall monitors to each floor to monitor presence in real-time, or alternatively, installing NFC RFID technology on our badges to automatically and accurately record our presence—it would quickly become evident how many additional hours, including late nights and weekends, are being contributed by employees.

Such transparency would justify the implementation of overtime compensation, which would not only acknowledge the true extent of our efforts but could also result in a substantial increase in earnings for many of us. It is imperative that this issue be addressed for fair recognition, and appropriate remuneration for the work performed. Voice these concerns in the Survey!!!!

There are 3 different reports that I know about kept by AT&T, and all 3 have significantly different times logged for me. I should be shocked, but I am not. Be sure to track your own time and keep records of errors.

@c7 That’s extremely embarrassing. How are they still arguing with us on this matter? Everyone and their moms knows that the report is insanely inaccurate and if false terminations do occur, then this company gonna get sued the he-l outta this planet. This company needs new leadership as everyone at the top needs to be removed effective immediately!!! If that doesn’t happen, this company doesn’t have a future

After knowing and so many complains by employees still a SVP is discussing presence report with employees. Instead all leadership would have strongly opposed it to management. Nonsense leaders.

Our SVP has a bar graph chart of weekly trends sliding lower of all employees combined hours that naturally placed entire chain of command into the panic of the importance of working all day and blah blah blah. Down to every victim.

So I asked my boss to send me my last few weeks and even though I work his request of ten hours a day the report had zero hours a day. For our entire group!

What the heck with this place that we panic on false data I can promise no one would tell JVB?

This report has got to the stupidest thing ever implemented!!! They seriously cannot get their reports to be correct as fu--ing every Tuesday and Wednesday is having me come in at 3-5 hours since the last couple of weeks even though I come in for over 8 hours. Unnecessary stress for this stupidity, leadership is just as stupid as a brainless monkey 🤡🤡🤡🤡

my regards to the hourly report development team for producing an unreliable tool that lacks practical value—and for prioritizing the interests of their fellow employees.

HRBP says they have evidences, but they have done wrong practice, and they will loose lawsuit for sure as they loose most. There are many grounds and evidences where they will be charged being non compliant. They never send a message to their employees to sit certain hours in office earlier. Their supervisors not conveyed how many hours need to sit until they started termination for January report. So whole system is corrupted.
