During the 60 day layoff period will each laid off employee still qualify for any bonus, shares, incentive, annual review, raise given during that time?

Bonus yes, accrued vaca yes, other things you listed- No.
Question is terribly worded. You’re probably referring to notice period. But a raise wouldn’t happen de novo during that period. I suppose they wouldn’t Indian-give a raise already stipulated… even if they are giving your job altogether to an Indian.
But other things like 401 match, bonus, $2k consent grant have been discussed ad nauseum especially for those who can formulate a question beyond the gibberish at hand. 😃

The only thing I've seen mentioned is that if you're employed (including 60 day notice period) past Sept. 30th you can possibly get a bonus still and if employed past Dec. 15 you should get 401k match. Raise is highly unlikely. You're only employed for 60 days so to possibly get some of your bonus hope for displacement after August 5th.
