You’re in a company where nearly nothing makes a difference in results. The customers don’t care about WF any more than they care about their water utility.
When that happens, you just get a bunch of bloviating gender-neutral circlej--ks. A festival of auto-fellating bravado. A competition in semantics and who can hold the mic the longest and get the most airtime. Is this really how you want to spend your days?
