Has anyone received anything about our whopping 27 shares of restricted stock? I want to make sure I get them into my account so I can start planning for my retirement.

For those still in the 60 day notice just fyi you can see the grant award info in workday under your profile under job then go to worker history if I recall correctly. I’m in the notice period and logged in yesterday looking for something else and perused around and noticed it was out there.
@f6 Internal communication. But if you were not an employee on June 4, which is when the communication was sent, then you won’t likely qualify. If you were, but severed after June 4, you should get a communication about accepting the RSR grant.
They are sending us instructions to claim the shares sometime in July .
@e5 is that an internal from say Bei or a public? (I can’t see the internals.)
@ab If you go back and look at the announcement, it says June 4.
I will be laid off or retired before they vest. Hoping for the former, looking forward to the later.
Genius on the part of CS and his goons - thousands laid off before these vest.
@a9 which is exactly why you were called out.
WELLS FARGO stock you should be planning to get subpar returns compared to benchmarks for the next 30 years
You don’t get anything right now that you can put into your own account.
This is how RSRs work. You’ll get an email with a link to acknowledge the award and accept the terms and conditions. In that process you’ll have to establish a sign-on for EquatePlus, which is the custodial site that holds the RSUs and notifies you as they vest.
What is the employee “as-of” date for these… anybody anybody?
Nah...more people need to be called out for stupid stuff.
@a3 Such bitter people. You complain when others complain when you aren't involved, you complain when you are. Not happy? Don't comment.
Asking a question is not complaining.
You won't be able to get them into your account until it's vested anyway. The email said 3 years
such ungrateful people. you complain when you don't get anything you complain when you do. Not happy? Go elsewhere.
