It opened yesterday and posting shuts tomorrow - 2 days. I remember some discussion where someone from Wells said if the position application is posted to close within 2-3 days, then most likely an internal candidate is already in place and the public posting is for compliance purposes
I applied for a role in February interviewed in April. Three emails to the recruiter and one to the direct manager asking about the process and not a fu--ing word.

I had one up where I wanted it closed in a week HR closed it less than 48 hours in cause dozens had applied. I told them to look at the pool and they agreed and opened it back up. Too many people can’t read requirements

It looks like they cut too deep and now need to backfill. Like most new job descriptions, this one does not mention Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies. nor cloud, platform technologies. No mention of AI. This job description could be written over 8 years ago.
Likely a targeted selection job, but you won’t make the shots you don’t even take.
