There is a re-org coming up. Some teams will be moved across to different LOB teams. We want to try hot swapping developers to teams that have shorter term resource needs

Yeah, we are well past the point where people even care anymore. Reorg? New leaders? Whatever, they'll be gone in a year anyway. Who cares what they think/say?
When is there NOT a reorg in IT?
When is there NOT some kind of report happening in tech?

If by tech you mean ITSO - FHO yea, I’ve heard. But it’s not that entire org is affected.

Yes, all positions outside the TLT are being moved under I&P for reporting.
