I hate to say it but GN&T will be in the office 3 days/week beginning in September. Announcement to be made prior to 7/4 holiday. Our VP wants us to make a good faith effort to comply but noted he will not be looking at attendance reports.

An announcement is set to go out by me this week for 3 day RTO beginning after Labor Day. We are better together y’all. When are you going to realize that? We heard it loud and clear on the Pulse survey. You want more in office time and connections to moments that matter. You scream for it.
"Whether required or not, it's good to go in to the office a few days a week to badge in and show your face to your manager and his boss (if possible). This way, when it's time for layoffs, this isn't something that gets you canned."
Plus, I get to have the Chefs in Basking Ridge make me a sammach or a pizza or a taco and I don't got to clean up.
Can do b'fast too, got a nice bacon/egg/extra cheese on an english muffin this morning. Yummmbo! Free watered down coffee!
What office what are you talking about my team is spread across the country and has been.
They can ask what they want. Come in or not come in. Only task managers care about it. Most managers don’t want to come in. They are not looking at badge swipes but next rif time, they will be, I heard that from a reliable source. Don’t believe it if you want. I personally will not be going in….
This whole post is a shout out to RTO trolls.
My VP (Corporate finance) is also telling us 3 days a week, but hasn't provided a start date yet.
The current 8 days a month wasn't going to last very long. So I'm at least relieved it's not 4 or 5 days in-office. Reminder that AT&T requires 5 days in and min of 6 hours per day to have it count.
Announcement already started. TPD was notified on Friday that 3 days in office starting in Sept. This applies only to Hybrid employees. Remote workers are not impacted (for now).
New covid strain. Check the news
Nobody going to the office
@a1+1jya57538 This is the OP and its coming as sure as October RIFs.
I hate the RTO trolls as well.

Lies from an RTO troll pretending to be meta.
