30 day notice?

Anyone know what the consequences would be if you resign and provide only 2-3 weeks notice?

During the 30 days notice, do you also have to comply with RTO?

What happens if you work from home in these 30 days?

My manager (who I did NOT get along with) pushed my notice day a few days earlier so I could get the 30 days which I really appreciated. Our HR business partner was so adamant about the 30 days which was really ridiculous. I’m off the payroll earlier so what’s the problem? As much as they want you to leave, they seem to want to kick you a few times on the way out and the only reason I can think of is that they are sociopaths.

If you are leaving Asset Servicing and MV is still the HR partner, definitely work with your manager to retcon your notice date so she doesn’t give you a hard time.

You won't be eligible for rehire. For most of us, that's a plus.

I think RSUs are forfeited. They claim they can claw back bonus, but I doubt they would go to all that trouble, unless your bonus is huge.

Managers have answered this question on here before and have said HR just shrugged their shoulders if less than 30 days was given.

The bank just really wants you gone.

Check the source. You may lose any stock not fully vested.

Your bonus could be clawed back.
