Bending the cost curve.

Don’t feel bad if you lose your job. As per this mornings townhall job losses are “bending the cost curve” and actually a “huge achievement” who knew . Hope this helps everyone feel better.

We need to get together and start a forum to keep in step with their plan of “reduce staff with minimal expense” (don’t pay severance)
Power in numbers .
Could someone set it up ?Or should I ? Is there interest???

"Don't worry, AI won't eliminate any jobs, it only does boring stuff no one wants to do". Four minutes later and in a completely unrelated coincidence, "OPs headcount is down by 1500 in the last 2 years, the cost curve is bent. A stunning success.".

I'm not entirely sure if it's a cognitive dissonance thing or just plain psychopathy.

Well maybe sr management should be on the hit list seeing they’re driving this company into the ground. You know to help “bend the curve “ and all. Freaking clowns

I’m willing to do my part, just give me severance. Quit making up false reasoning to terminate hard working employees who already live paycheck to paycheck.

This is totally demoralizing. These people should resign and bend the cost curve that much more.
