No, it's just obvious that CIC will be the last ones to turn the lights out.
People will always whine about things which don't actually impact them.

The sign is fine and visible from far away. Now the handle shaped building is so they pick up your job and move it to India.
Anyone that compares the profile of an urban he-l scape to a canyon "out west" has highly questionable judgement. Either way, it's a short term problem. Give it 5-10 years and everyone will be consolidated into CIC anyway.
