Any executive can say they feel bad, but realistically they don't.. for starters they're still making their millions and even if they did get fired, they get paid for that as well. But that aside, they don't interface with low level employees. Hans has likely never met a single person he's ever laid off. Therefore they can't humanize said laid-off people. They only see these people as numbers.
Hans has probably been responsible for 50k people laid off between Verizon and Ericson combined. Anybody at that corporate level doesn't care a bit. You've gotta be a psycho to get to that level. The crocodile tears are just part of the act.
So sad they moderated out the ceo crying link. Perhaps Hans will follow in that ceos footsteps and read out how hard it was for him but on up to speed.
He probably feels energized.
Nobody is an a c-suite anywhere that isn’t a psychopath, no exec cares about this.
Does wearing a hair piece make one look younger or is it not a hair piece and just combed over?????

No way - we did what we were told , it failed, and the bo-m comes down on those who followed orders. There better be way more on their way out from the top.
No way I empathize with management for making stupid decisions.
I think it’s a very difficult time for him and I think everyone needs to empathize with Mangement for making these tough decisions.
Someone during the VBG all hands asked how could Hans be at a football game so soon after the RIFs. It had many likes, and obviously HR and the “leaders” avoided answering it.
He's laughing all the way to the bank.
no, he's not american, you think he give a sh-t about this country. Maybe even only care about his job if that.
