Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The eCard from BE

Dear BE, you can take your eCard and shove it up your rear end. If you had such gratitude for all of your employees, you wouldn’t sell us all out to India. You are completely tone deaf and really could care less for your employees. For Godsakes, you had a snack day on Monday for everyone and then you turned around and fired a bunch of people on Tuesday. You need to do a lot of soul searching and take a hard look at yourself.

My manager appreciates me and my team does as well. The execs in HY, however, would rather I be dead than collect a severance. They want all of us gone, and there's a pretty clear hatred of just about all domestic employees, especially anyone that's been here longer than Shart.

we only had 2 days of events, no snacks on Monday. Agree, just as last year, layoffs during appreciation week. I don't recall getting a card from TK

Let's see.... BE has been at Wells Fargo for about 6 months now. So all you get is an e-Card! Well the public is impressed. Stock is approaching 80 again...

Its the real life meme of the person drowning saying they need a fair wage and reaching their hand out and the manager's hand comes down to high-five the person drowning yelling Pizza Party! If stuff like that was so valuable they would give the executive sweet bagel and pizza packages and not stock options.

Remember- your job is the thing you do to make money. That’s it. It’s not your life. And the people in charge will get rid of you if they think they can save twenty five cents doing it. I just like employee appreciation for the comedy of pretending to care while laying off people left and right. Most people want a stable job and health insurance. Everything else is theater.

I was super grateful for the snacks the day before they laid me off for location strategy. It really helped soften the blow, let me tell you. The communication confirming my core hub location from my manager 3 months prior was also a really nice. I guess the core hub location changed to Bangalore in those 3 months. Sc--w Wells Fargo.

Seriously who would want to do business with a company who has continually stomped on their own customers and employees? Awful business.

It's almost gotten to the point of abuse. As if they enjoy inflicting this upon people. I've never seen a bigger bunch of a--holes in my entire life. So happy I have options to retire after the Golden Ticket.
