More importantly, if you have an example of racial discrimination which is still rampant against white men, report it EEOC.
If there are fake job postings when the hiring decision has already been made, report it to EEOC.
Quit crying about bullying, if a case like that ever makes it to court, any judge or jury would laugh it right back out.
