Does anyone actually understand the retail incentive plan? We’re struggling with it at my branch. What are we paid on?

basically call the estate care center all day long while taking walk in who are yelling at you to unlock their Zelle. another day at Wells Fargo
It’s the exact same plan it’s been since q2 2024. And it’s an insanely good comp plan. Would highly encourage you to start taking advantage of it
