I’ve heard the names of 2 different consulting companies that are evaluating areas at Target. Which areas are they evaluating and what are they being asked to provide feedback on?

Currently looking closely at distribution. Sales have been stagnant since Covid with the exception of .com. There is alot of waste in the DC, especially with soft store sales. My prediction is at least 3 buildings closing by end of 2026;; plus dissolution of some redundant DC teams by end of summer. If your team isn’t adding value, on the chopping block.
