When placed on 60 day notice does the system cancel out all pending PTO scheduled after that period? Wouldn't want my PTO deducted when on a 60 day non work.

I know from experience, it cancels all future PTO and puts you in a leave status.
You should cancel it yourself to be certain
You can still go into Workday from home on notice and cancel that PTO. You can also cancel prior PTO if there were say some half days that you “took” just to hit the RTO attendance BS.
According to a manager who had to displace a person, you are on the phone with HR and cancel all scheduled PTO before your access it cut off.
