As Employee Appreciation Week comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the energy, gratitude, and connection that filled our days.🧡

From early morning coffee and donuts in Charlotte to heartfelt thank-you notes and spontaneous Teams shoutouts, this week reminded me just how powerful appreciation can be when it’s personal and shared. Across Consumer Technology and GenAI, we found meaningful ways to connect, recognize, and celebrate the people who make this organization thrive.

I’m especially proud of how our teams showed up for each other. Whether you joined a local event, sent a recognition card, or simply paused to say “thank you,” you helped build the culture we’re all proud to be part of.

Let’s keep that spirit going. Appreciation doesn’t need a special week, it just needs intention.

@hc Actually the negative number is showing love because people don’t feel appreciated by TK.

OP must have known this post on this thread would get no love. Feeling appreciated? Puh-leeze! For the hundreds or thousands of us waiting for the inevitable displacement call, not feeling very appreciated. A simple $10 gift card for every employee would have at least been equal treatment to the employee base.

Run away from banking. No one needs to enter the empty lobbies unless you are in security. They will be needed always. AI has taken over banks like kiosks at McDonald's. The IT is being moved to Pune, Bangalore, and Maŋila. Simply as this
