Hello everybody I am reaching out to the community for support because employee appreciation week did not leave me feeling blessed. They was stingy and only gave us “fun sized” candy bars that I suspected was left over from last Halloween. Girl there is nothing “fun-sized” about something that is only one inch long. Luckily I had some Little Debbie snack cakes in my purse so
I didnt starve to death.

Can confirm that as a 100% remote employee, the only appreciation I got was emails telling me people at office locations would get some free food.
Unless anything changed this year, remote employees got NADA for "Employee Appreciation" and employees not in a hub location got little more than NADA. A chunk of employees were laid off [extra kick in the a**]. Then there are the special activities that (some? all?) hub locations received. The company would be better perceived with giving every employee a gift card for $10.
